Abstract

In recent years, scientific studies on management competencies have gained importance. The aim of the study is to numerically calculate the relationship between the questions that determine the managerial competence patterns of pharmaceutical company managers and to determine the meaningful groups formed by these questions. In this context, the “component” values of the variables related to the managers were determined by performing “principal component analysis”, which is a multivariate statistical analysis. A total of 7 “components” out of a total of 41 variables were determined and formed groups among themselves. The number of groups formed is 6 in total, and different numerical values of the groups show similar characteristics from high to low values.

Keywords: Managerial competence, principal components analysis, data mining
